Love & Tranquility

from Mind Toy Box (Love & Tranquility) by Jac Harrison

This track was written for someone who is very dear to me, and is designed to release Dopamine, Serotonin, and Oxytocin built on a mathematical percussive rhythm set at 59 BPM (below a calm resting heartbeat) and is intended to duplicate the effects of the antidepressant Citalopram hbr (Celexa).

C8H11NO2 (Dopamine) + C10H12N2O (Serotonin) + C43H66N12O12S2 (Oxytocin) = the emotion of love.

Like the album Transcendence, this track was my personal journey when using a plant based medicine to treat my PTSD and depression. While the experience lasted several hours, the audio is what I could recall when documenting the experience.

To receive the full benefit of this recording, please listen to it in its entirety without interruption using closed-back headphones while either lying down or seated in a comfortable position.

WARNING: Do NOT listen to while driving or operating machinery. Do NOT listen when your attention is required elsewhere. Always make sure you are in a safe and comfortable place.
